Things I Need
2 qt clear container
4 green tea bags
Charged water
Sunshine

Solar charged energy drink!
Use a clear container that has a lid.
The lid keeps out bugs and holds the tea bag tabs.
Place 4 tea bags in the bottom of the container then pour
in warm to hot water on top of the tea bags.in the container
while bunching the strings together and apply lid. The lid will
hold the tea bags in place. Steep in the sunshine up to 3 hours.The
longer the tea sits the stronger the tea will taste. Take out the tea bags.

When making Green Tea never use boiling water!

I like to make my own Green Tea,
w/Tea Bags the "correct brew" gets out 40-70 mg caffeine per 8 oz.
I use Lipton Green tea with all natural Orange, Passion Friut & Jasmine
I add the Vit B-12 2500 MG to the Green Tea when its cold and it desolves by
itself. I take in capsule form Royal Bee Jelly 500mg, and One A Day
Multivitamin for men with the energy diet drink before 6pm or four
hours before bed time.

Never use Instant Tea

Most people believe tea comes in a instant powder form and you simply mix it with water. They have never heard of actual tea bags. Instant tea is similar to kool aid, where the flavor and maybe some dehydrated bits of the real stuff are put into a can so that people can make an instant beverage from it. But like all heavily processed foods... it loses most of it's beneficial caffeine properties when it goes through the processing stages with only 10-20 mg of caffeine.

Both instant tea, bottled and can tea drinks have much fewer antioxidants in them, and bottled-can tea has the added problem of additional sugars, preservatives and chemicals being included in it. How I Learned To Make Instant Coffee Taste BETTER!

LABORATORY CHAT: A few have turned their noses up turn their noses up on instant coffee. That is because their association with instant coffee they have never had it prepared correctly. See, the process for adding the water just at the point of pre-nucleation is the trick to getting the perfect cup of coffee.
